All orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days. If you need your order sooner please let us know via email. 

Returns/Exchanges policy:

You may return or exchange your piece in the first 30 days as long as the piece is unworn and in brand new condition. Please email info@rasboss.com to begin the process. Custom orders are not returnable.

Best to take off before exercising, sleeping or showering.  Avoid direct contact with perfume and other products. To clean, buff gently with dry cloth. Store in a safe, dry place when not worn.

Well loved jewelry may need some extra care in the future. We offer free replating/ repairs on most pieces
